Vineyard Church Staff
There are so many people involved in the everyday needs of the church and the community that we serve. Here is a list of the staff members that oversee on a weekly basis the needs of some of these key ministries and serve the wider community.
SENIOR PASTOR
Dick planted the Mechanic Falls Vineyard 20 years ago. He is happily married to the love of his life Maida and together they have two adult children and 8 grandchildren.

SENIOR LEADER
Maida helped plant the Vineyard Church of Mechanic Falls 20 years ago. She and her husband Dick have two adult children and 8 grandchildren.
MAIDA RAY
ADMINISTRATOR
Came with the church plant in 1997 along with husband, Mark. Involved with Women’s Ministry and Life Groups. Mark and Debbie live in South Paris. They have 3 adult children and 4 grandchildren.

ASSOCIATE PASTOR
Mike, originally hailing from upstate NY, with his wife AJ, have 3 wonderful boys. He loves the outdoors and loves the mission and calling of Jesus!

Her family was a part of the church plant, and she has had the privilege of growing up as a part of this community over the last 20 years. Meghan now gets to love on the next generation, all the while trying to convince her own amazing son that she is actually cool.

MEDIA DIRECTOR
Aaron is a born & raised Mainer, with a beautiful wife & 4
cats. Started going to McFalls Vineyard in 2010 & has loved every minute of it. He started serving on the worship team & soon after hopped on with youth ministry & hasn't looked back since.
AARON SKOLFIELD
BACKPACK COORDINATOR
On the team that planted this church 20 years ago. Extremely blessed with 4 children, all with the best spouses. Has 10 of the most precious grandchildren and a fun, but mischievous, Labradoodle named Molly.
LAURA VINCENT
WORSHIP DIRECTOR
Josh was captivated by worship at a young age. He has spent much of his adult life cultivating worship as a lifestyle within his home, locally, and around the world. He is the co-owner of Anchour Studio, which has been at the helm of many recent records produced for Vineyard Worship. He is happily married & has 5 kids.
JOSHUA RAY
AUDIO SUPPORT
Eric has grown deeper in worship and leading over many years. He runs live sound for worship events and operates a recording studio. As a musician and audio engineer he brings those skills to support our mission and worship teams.
